13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 61, line 2, after the period
15
16  insert:
17         1.  The report cards shall also include, but are not
18  limited to:
19         a.  The percentage of limited English proficient
20  students;
21         b.  The per pupil expenditures and state aid ratio;
22         c.  The percentage of budget allocated to salaries and
23  benefits of administrative personnel;
24         d.  The percentage of budget allocated for salaries and
25  benefits of teachers;
26         e.  The percentage of increase over the previous year
27  for salaries and benefits of administrative and instructional
28  personnel; and
29         f.  The number of administrative personnel to
30  instructional personnel.
31         2.  The school report card shall include, for purposes
