11  Senators Cowin and McKay moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 40, lines 5-9, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  if any school of the 4 schools that were

17  identified as critically low performing, based on both

18  1996-1997 and 1997-1998 school performance data and state

19  board adopted criteria, receives a performance grade category

20  designation of "F" based on 1998-1999 school performance data,

21  that school shall be considered.
