11  Senator Campbell moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 41, line 21, and

15         on page 61, line 2, after the period

16

17  insert:  The address of the parent's or guardian's local

18  school board and State Department of Education shall be

19  included on the report card. The report shall include a

20  statement established by the Commissioner of Education which

21  serves to encourage the student's parent or guardian to make

22  recommendations or provide comments to the Department of

23  Education and their local school board regarding the report

24  card and the plight of their child's school. The Department of

25  Education and the school district shall review parent feedback

26  and shall annually produce a report to the Legislature

27  concerning the parent feedback.
