13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 41, between lines 21 and 22,

16  insert:

17         (a)  The report cards shall include, but are not

18  limited to:

19         1.  The percentage of limited English proficient

20  students;

21         2.  The per pupil expenditures and state aid ratio;

22         3.  The percentage of budget allocated to salaries and

23  benefits of administrative personnel;

24         4.  The percentage of budget allocated for salaries and

25  benefits of teachers;

26         5.  The percentage of increase over the previous year

27  for salaries and benefits of administrative and instructional

28  personnel; and

29         6.  The number of administrative personnel to

30  instructional personnel.

31         (b)  The school report card shall include, for purposes
