  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to petroleum contamination site

  3         rehabilitation; repealing s. 376.30713(7),

  4         F.S.; abrogating the scheduled repeal of the

  5         preapproved advanced cleanup program; providing

  6         an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Subsection (7) of section 376.30713,

11  Florida Statutes, is repealed.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.

16                          SENATE SUMMARY

17    Provides for the continuation of the preapproved advanced
      cleanup program for petroleum contamination site
18    rehabilitation scheduled for repeal on October 1, 1999.
