14         On page 14, between lines 17 and 18,

16  insert:

17         (5)  For purposes of imposition of minimum mandatory

18  sentencing provisions of this section, with respect to a

19  firearm "possession" is defined as carrying it on the person

20  or having it within immediate physical reach with ready

21  access.
