14         On page 3, lines 12-17, delete those lines

16  and insert:  reappointed to serve a new term. For cause, a

17  member of a judicial nominating commission may be suspended by

18  the Governor and removed by the Senate for cause pursuant to

19  uniform rules of procedure established by the judicial

20  nominating commissions consistent with s. 7, Art. IV of the

21  State Constitution.
