15         On page 3, lines 12-17, delete those lines

17  and insert:  reappointed to serve a new term. For cause, a

18  member of a judicial nominating commission may be suspended by

19  the Governor and removed by the Senate for cause pursuant to

20  uniform rules of procedure established by the judicial

21  nominating commissions consistent with s. 7, Art. IV of the

22  State Constitution.
