18 and insert:
19 (a) Three members, at least one of whom must be a
20 member of a racial or ethnic minority group or a woman,
21 appointed by the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar from
22 among the members of The Florida Bar who are actively engaged
23 in the practice of law and who have offices situated within
24 the territorial jurisdiction of the affected court, each of
25 whom shall be appointed for a term of 4 years, beginning upon
26 the expiration of the terms of members appointed under s.
27 43.29(1)(a) or under this paragraph.
28 (b) Three electors who reside in the territorial
29 jurisdiction of the affected court, at least one of whom must
30 be a member of a racial or ethnic minority group or a woman,
31 appointed by the Governor, for terms beginning July 1 next
