20 apply to snook, prohibited and restricted marine species
21 identified by rule of the commission, and rulemaking authority
22 granted pursuant to s. 370.027(4).
23 Section 40. Subsections (1), (2) and (3) of section
24 370.027, Florida Statutes, 1998 Supplement, are repealed.
