14         On page 18, lines 9 thru 20

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert:

18  aforementioned state revenues, and revenues received pursuant

19  to s. 327.25 and s. 380.0558 (4) and (5), Florida Statutes,

20  are to be appropriated by the Legislature to the Fish and

21  Wildlife Conservation Commission, to be used for the purposes

22  specified in law, except for the following:

23         (1)  Revenues derived from the sale of the resident or

24  nonresident clam licenses authorized by Chapter 94-419, Laws

25  of Florida, which shall be appropriated to the General

26  Inspection Trust Fund of the Department of Agriculture and

27  Consumer Services,

28         (2)  Revenues derived from the imposition of the

29  Apalachicola Bay Oyster Harvesting License authorized in s.

30  370.06(5) and lease fees authorized in s. 370.16(4), Florida

31  Statutes, 1998 Supplement, and revenues received pursuant to
