13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 4, between lines 10 and 11,

15

16  insert:

17         Section 3.  Subsection (4) of section 163.362, Florida

18  Statutes, is amended to read:

19         163.362  Contents of community redevelopment

20  plan.--Every community redevelopment plan shall:

21         (4)  Identify specifically any publicly funded capital

22  projects to be undertaken within the community redevelopment

23  area. In cases where such projects include a county-owned

24  courthouse or court complex, such a facility is exempt from

25  the office space requirements of s. 27.34(2), except that

26  space shall be provided in an amount not less than that

27  provided in the Department of Management Services office space

28  standards.
