 subsections (7), (8), (9), and (10), respectively, and a new

subsection (6) is added to that section, to read:

196.1995 Economic development ad valorem tax

 exemption.--

        (6) With respect to a new business as defined in s.

theater community. In recognition of the value of this

endeavor to the community and the state, the Legislature

spaces, including a Downtown Orlando Theater District, are

worthy of recognition and support by the state.
