11  The Committee on Fiscal Policy recommended the following

12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 5, lines 20-22, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:

18         (5)  Any policy issued under this section which does

19  not provide direct patient access to a dermatologist must

20  conform to the requirements of s. 627.6472(16). This

21  subsection shall not be construed to affect the amount the

22  insured or patient must pay as a deductible or coinsurance

23  amount authorized under this section.
