| On Page: 061 | Transfers Adult Handicapped Funds from individual |
| community colleges back to public school districts |
| Spec App: 155 | except for St. Petersburg Junior College and the |
| original four colleges which were offering adult |
| handicapped programs. This amendment provides for a |
| 20% increase for Senior Learning School Districts. In |
| addition, it increases and reallocates Adult |
| Handicapped funds by $5 million by decreasing funds in |
| the Challenge Grants/Critical Deferred Maintenance Lump |
| Sum within the Board of Regents budget. |
