        On page 63, in the paragraph of proviso beginning 
        "2." add this language at the end of the existing 
        language:

        "In addition, a request for $3,000,000 by Florida
        Community College at Jacksonville for The Advanced
        Technology Training Center, Phase I may be
        considered.  Should the State Board fund this
        request, these funds shall be matched pursuant to
        the statutory requirements of the Facilities
        Matching Grant Program.  


Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
