19         i.  For each of the following measures, the Department

20  of Education shall report disaggregated data for students in

21  Exceptional Education and English for Speakers of Other

22  Languages (ESOL) programs:

23         (I)  For Grade 4, percent of students scoring 3 or more

24  on Florida Writes!.......................................(70%)

25         (II)  For Grade 4, percent of students who attain

26  proficiency in reading on the FCAT.......................(TBD)

27         (III)  For Grade 5, percent of students who attain

28  proficiency in mathematics on the FCAT...................(TBD)

29         (IV)  For Grade 8, percent of students scoring 3 or
