1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act making supplemental appropriations;
3 appropriating $57,867,368 from the General
4 Revenue Fund to the Division of Public Schools
5 and Community Education of the Department of
6 Education for fiscal year 1998-1999 to
7 eliminate the proration of funds which occurred
8 in the 1997-1998 Florida Education Finance
9 Program final calculation; providing an
10 effective date.

12 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

14 Section 1. The sum of $57,867,368 is appropriated from
15 the General Revenue Fund to the Division of Public Schools and
16 Community Education of the Department of Education for fiscal
17 year 1998-1999. This sum shall be distributed to the following
18 school districts and institutions to eliminate the proration
19 of funds which occurred in the 1997-1998 Florida Education
20 Finance Program final calculation:
21 (1) School District of Alachua County, $689,138.
22 (2) School District of Baker County, 107,064.
23 (3) School District of Bay County, 633,080.
24 (4) School District of Bradford County, 100,727.
25 (5) School District of Brevard County, 1,594,619.
