14         On page 2, line 31, after the period, of the bill

16  insert:  The Department shall evaluate the performance of the

17  Florida Empowerment Zone program recipients against the

18  milestones, outcomes and performance measures contained in the

19  application's strategic plan as submitted for designation as

20  an empowerment zone.
