11  Senator Saunders moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, between lines 5 and 6,

15

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  Subsection (2) of section 256.11, Florida

18  Statutes, is amended to read:

19         256.11  Public auditoriums; display of the United

20  States flag.--

21         (2)  It is the duty of the person responsible for the

22  administration of such auditorium to provide a suitable flag

23  and cause it to be displayed in the manner provided in

24  subsection (1). If any such person willfully causes fails to

25  cause the flag to fail to be so displayed, except for the

26  cleaning, repair, or replacement of such flag, such person is

27  guilty of a noncriminal violation, punishable as provided in

28  s. 775.083.
