13         Substitute Amendment for Amendment (665143) 

14         On page 19, line 30, of the bill

15

16  insert after the period:  In addition, if any applicable

17  federal statute provides a longer repose period for products

18  liability claims arising out of the use of commercial

19  aircraft, or if the repose period for the jurisdiction in

20  which the aircraft was manufactured is longer or if there is

21  no repose period in such jurisdiction, then such longer period

22  or no period shall apply as the case may be.
