14         On page 29, lines 9-14,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  (3)  All punitive damages awarded

18  under this act shall be deposited into the general revenue for

19  the benefit of the State, without any offset for attorney's

20  fees.
