13         Substitute Amendment for Amendment (825839) 

14         On page 30, line 27, of the bill

16  insert after the period:  However, before a defendant may

17  plead the fault of any intentional tortfeasor for purposes of

18  reducing the defendant's proportionate liability, the

19  defendant shall stipulate to a percentage of fault which is

20  greater than the percentage of fault of the plaintiff.
