  2         An act relating to elections; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to revise the laws governing

  4         elections; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

  9  governing elections.

10         Section 2.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2001.
