15 On page 25, between lines 4 and 5,

17 insert:
18 Section 13. It is the intent of the Legislature that
19 the increased cost attributable to the 1999 actuarial
20 experience study conducted by the system actuaries for the
21 2000-2001 fiscal year shall be funded by a one-time lump sum
22 payment from the excess actuarial assets of the Florida
23 Retirement System Trust Fund. The retirement contribution
24 rates for subsequent years shall be adjusted with the next
25 actuarial valuation of the Florida Retirement System.
