18 Section 35. (1) There is created a study commission
19 to consider transfer of the John and Mable Ringling Museum of
20 Art from the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art Board of
21 Trustees within the Department of State to the Florida State
22 University.
23 (2) The commission shall be composed of six members,
24 to be appointed as follows:
25 (a) One member appointed by the Speaker of the House
26 of Representatives.
27 (b) One member appointed by the President of the
28 Senate.
29 (c) One member appointed by the Governor.
30 (d) One member appointed by the Secretary of State.
31 (e) One member each appointed by the minority leaders
