18  240.711, $2.2 million, and for state-owned cultural facilities

19  assigned to the Department of State, which receive a portion

20  of any operating funds from the Department of State and one of

21  the primary purposes of which is the presentation of fine arts

22  or performing arts, $500,000 not less than $2.2 million.
