14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 3, lines 2-4, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:  of age at the time the alleged offense was

18  committed, and who has at least one prior felony delinquency

19  adjudication or at least one felony conviction or at least one

20  adjudication withheld for a felony which resulted in a

21  juvenile residential commitment, the state attorney shall file

22  an information if the child has been charged with an offense

23  listed in s. 755.087(2)(a)1.a.-p.,
