13 Amendment to Amendment (591283) (with title amendment)
14 On page 2, between lines 23 and 24 of the amendment
15
16 insert: a. Prior to sentencing, the child who is charged
17 pursuant to this act must receive the appropriate medical,
18 psychiatric, psychological, substance abuse, educational or
19 treatment assessment pursuant to s. 985.224, F.S.
20 b. The sentencing court shall order the child to
21 receive the appropriate service or services based upon the
22 assessment results. The services shall be provided for a
23 child sentenced as an adult or juvenile.
