14         On page 3, lines 18-21, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         Section 5.  The Governor shall appoint counsel who

18  shall have legal standing to intervene on behalf of the State

19  of Florida in any pending litigation challenging the

20  constitutionality of the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act.
