11  Senator Clary moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 19, between lines 24 and 25,

15

16  insert:

17         Section 21.  Paragraph (g) is added to subsection (2)

18  of section 482.132, Florida Statutes, to read:

19         482.132  Qualifications for examination and

20  certification.--

21         (2)  Each applicant for examination for a pest control

22  operator's certificate must possess the minimum qualifications

23  specified in one of the following paragraphs:

24         (g)  Three years' full-time employment with the United

25  States Department of Defense as a service employee who has

26  been certified to perform pest control in the category or

27  categories in which the applicant seeks state certification, 1

28  year of which employment must have been completed in this

29  state during the year immediately preceding application for

30  examination. In addition, the application for certification

31  may not be submitted to the Department of Agriculture and
