13         Amendment to Amendment (635611) (with title amendment) 

14         On page 29, between lines 7 and 8, of the amendment

15

16  insert:

17         Section 27.  Subsection (10) of section 320.60, Florida

18  Statutes, is amended to read:

19         320.60  Definitions for ss. 320.61-320.70.--Whenever

20  used in ss. 320.61-320.70, unless the context otherwise

21  requires, the following words and terms have the following

22  meanings:

23         (10)  "Motor vehicle" means any new automobile,

24  motorcycle, or truck the equitable or legal title to which has

25  never been transferred by a manufacturer, distributor,

26  importer, or dealer to an ultimate purchaser; however, when

27  legal title is not transferred but possession of a motor

28  vehicle is transferred pursuant to a conditional sales

29  contract or lease and the conditions are not satisfied and the

30  vehicle is returned to the motor vehicle dealer, the motor

31  vehicle may be resold by the motor vehicle dealer as a new

 1  motor vehicle, provided the selling motor vehicle dealer gives

 2  the following written notice to the purchaser, "THIS VEHICLE

 3  WAS DELIVERED TO A PREVIOUS PURCHASER." The purchaser shall

 4  sign an acknowledgement, a copy of which is kept in the

 5  selling dealer's file.

12  after "requirements;" insert:
