  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to summer camps; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to establish regulations for

  4         the operation of such facilities; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to establish

10  regulations for the operation of summer camps in this state.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
