  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the St. Johns River Basin;

  3         providing legislative intent to develop a

  4         process and funding source for restoration of

  5         the basin; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  St. Johns River Basin; legislative

10  intent.--It the intent of the Legislature to develop a process

11  and funding source for the restoration of the St. Johns River

12  Basin.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
