13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 53, between lines 18 and 19,

16  insert:

17         Section 28.  Section 154.247, Florida Statutes, is

18  created to read:

19         154.247  Financing of projects located outside of local

20  agency.--Notwithstanding any provision of this part to the

21  contrary, an authority may, if it finds that there will be a

22  benefit or a cost savings to a health facility located within

23  its jurisdiction, issue bonds for such health facility to

24  finance projects for such health facility, or for another

25  not-for-profit corporation under common control with such

26  health facility, located outside the geographical limits of

27  the local agency or outside this state.
