15         On page 165, lines 1-18, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         (a) The Office of Workforce Services shall administer

19  state merit system program staff within the workforce service

20  delivery system, pursuant to policies of Workforce Florida,

21  Inc. The office shall be responsible for delivering services

22  through the one-stop delivery system and for ensuring that

23  participants in welfare transition programs receive case

24  management services, diversion assistance, support services,

25  including subsidized child care and transportation services,

26  Medicaid services, and transition assistance to enable them to

27  succeed in the workforce.  The office shall be directed by the

28  Deputy Director for Workforce Services, who shall be appointed

29  by and serve at the pleasure of the director.
