18 (2) Notwithstanding section 945.6031(2), Florida
19 Statutes, the Correctional Medical Authority shall conduct
20 surveys of the physical and mental health care system of each
21 prison that participates in the Correctional Managed Health
22 Care Pilot Program and shall report the survey findings to the
23 Governor, the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the
24 House of Representatives, and the Secretary of Corrections no
25 later than March 1, 2003.
