11  Senator Forman moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 11, between lines 28 and 29,

15

16  insert:

17         Section 6.  Section 60.08, Florida Statutes, is created

18  to read:

19         60.08  Injunctions sought by a state agency shall issue

20  without bond.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any

21  injunction sought by a state agency shall issue without bond

22  or surety and no bond or surety shall be required during the

23  term of the injunction.

24         Section 7.  If any provision of this act or the

25  application thereof to any person or circumstance is held

26  invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or

27  applications of the act which can be given effect without the

28  invalid provision or application, and to this end the

29  provisions of this act are declared severable.
