16 remove from the bill: all of said lines

18 and insert in lieu thereof: licensure, recordkeeping, and
19 enforcement. The first $300,000 in fees collected by the
20 division pursuant to this subparagraph shall be deposited in
21 the Department of Children and Family Services' Operations and
22 Maintenance Trust Fund to be used only for alcohol and drug
23 abuse education, treatment, and prevention programs. The
24 remainder of the fees collected shall be deposited into the
25 Hotel and Restaurant Trust Fund created pursuant to s.
26 509.072.
