  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to information technology;

  3         providing legislative intent relating to

  4         advanced communications networks and

  5         information technologies; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  foster the development and beneficial use of advanced

12  communications networks and information technologies within

13  this state.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
