14         On page 26, lines 1-16,

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         Section 23.  Subsection (7) of section 430.703, Florida

19  Statutes, is renumbered as subsection (8), and a new

20  subsection (7) is added to said section to read:

21         430.703  Definitions.--As used in this act, the term:

22         (7)  "Other qualified provider" means an entity

23  licensed under chapter 400 that meets all the financial and

24  quality assurance requirements for a provider service network

25  as specified in s. 409.912 and all requirements pursuant to an

26  interagency agreement between the agency and the department,

27  and can demonstrate a long-term care continuum.

28         Section 24.  Subsection (1) of section 430.707, Florida

29  Statutes, is amended to read:

30         430.707  Contracts.--

31         (1)  The department, in consultation with the agency,

 2  on a prepaid basis, with other qualified providers to provide

 3  long-term care within community diversion pilot project areas.
