14 On page 26, between lines 16 and 17, of the bill

16 insert:
17 Section 25. Notwithstanding the provisions of section
18 624.91, Florida Statutes, local matching funds under the
19 Florida Healthy Kids program shall be as follows:
20 (1) Those counties not contributing local matching
21 funds shall, upon a threshold enrollment qualifying for a
22 contribution, contribute any local matching funds at a rate of
23 2 percent during the initial year of local matching funds, and
24 at a rate of 5 percent in subsequent years.
25 (2) Those counties currently contributing local
26 matching funds shall contribute no more than 5 percent.
