14         Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 5, between lines 12 and 13, of the bill

16

17  insert:

18         Section 4.  Section 154.247, Florida Statutes, is

19  created to read:

20         154.247  Financing of Projects Located Outside of Local

21  Agency.--Notwithstanding any provision of this part to the

22  contrary, an authority may, if it finds that there will be a

23  benefit or a cost savings to a health facility located within

24  its jurisdiction, issue bonds for such health facility to

25  finance projects for such health facility, or for another

26  not-for-profit corporation under common control with such

27  health facility, located outside the geographical limits of

28  the local agency or outside of this state.
