14         On page 14, line 8 thru line 13,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  assessment method is not subject

18  to s. 70.001.  If the rule establishing the uniform wetland

19  mitigation assessment method is deemed to be invalid, the

20  applicable rules, regulations, and ordinances related to

21  establishing needed mitigation in existence prior to the

22  adoption of the uniform wetland mitigation assessment method,

23  including those adopted by a county which is an approved local

24  program under s. 403.182, and the method described in

25  paragraph (b)
