14         On page 14, lines 5-16, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  different areas of the state. In developing the

17  uniform wetland mitigation assessment method, the department

18  and water management districts shall consult with approved

19  local programs under s. 403.182 which have an established

20  wetland mitigation program. The department and water

21  management districts shall consider the recommendations

22  submitted by such approved local programs, including any

23  recommendations relating to the adoption by the department and

24  water management districts of any uniform wetland mitigation

25  methodology that has been adopted and used by an approved

26  local program in its established wetland mitigation program.
