14         On page 14, lines 2 and 3,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  method shall account for

18  different ecological communities in different areas of the

19  state.  In developing the uniform wetland mitigation

20  assessment method, the department and water management

21  districts shall consult with approved local programs under s.

22  403.182 which have an established wetland mitigation

23  program.  The department and water management districts shall

24  consider the recommendations submitted by such approved local

25  programs, including any recommendations relating to the

26  adoption by the department and water management districts of

27  any uniform wetland mitigation methodology that has been

28  adopted and used by an approved local program in its

29  established wetland mitigation program.  Environmental
