17         Section 4.  Section 373.200, Florida Statutes, is

19         373.200  Seminole Tribe Water Rights Compact.--Pursuant

20  to the provisions of s. 285.165, the South Florida Water

21  Management District is authorized to act in accordance with

22  the Seminole Tribe Water Rights Compact incorporated by

23  reference therein.
