17 Section 33. Section 63.2325, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 63.2325 Grounds for revocation of a consent to
20 adoption or affidavit of nonpaternity.--Notwithstanding the
21 requirements of this chapter, a failure to meet any of those
22 requirements shall not constitute grounds for revocation of a
23 consent to adoption or affidavit of nonpaternity unless the
24 extent and circumstances of such a failure result in a
25 material failure of fundamental fairness in the administration
26 of due process, or the failure constitutes or contributes to
27 fraud or duress in obtaining a consent to adoption or
28 affidavit of nonpaternity.
