12  amendment (592272):

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 50, between lines 20 and 21,

16

17  insert:

18         Section 22.  Effective July 1, 2000, sections 325.001,

19  325.201, 325.202, 325.203, 325.204, 325.206, 325.207,

20  325.2075, 325.208, 325.209, 325.210, 325.211, 325.212,

21  325.213, 325.2135, 325.214, 325.215, 325.216, 325.217,

22  325.218, and 325.219, Florida Statutes, are repealed.

23         Section 23.  Within 90 days after the effective date of

24  this act, the Department of Environmental Protection shall

25  initiate a revision of the United States Environmental

26  Protection Agency-approved State Implementation Plan for

27  Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties to back out the emission

28  credits from the motor vehicle inspection program.

11         for inspection of motor vehicle exhaust

12         emissions; creating s. 325.205, F.S.; directing

13         the Department of Environmental Protection to

14         submit a revision to Florida's State

15         Implementation Plan to the United States

16         Environmental Protection Agency;
