14         On page 4, lines 10 through 15,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  administration of examinations.

18  The board shall require that the contract provider offer

19  certified nursing assistant applications via the Internet, and

20  may require the contract provider to accept certified nursing

21  assistant applications for processing via the Internet.  The

22  board shall require the contract provider to provide the

23  preliminary results of the certified nursing examination on

24  the date the test is administered. The provider shall
